- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee
- 2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Place milk, sugars, and espresso/coffee power in a medium bowl. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
2. Stir in cream and vanilla to taste.
